How it works

From email to done

Magpie does the noticing. You make the calls. Nothing becomes a Loop, and nothing closes, without a person saying so.

Four steps

Work moves when people decide

Owner-private until you share. Magpie never turns a suggestion into team work on its own.

Step 1
Magpie spots it

An email asks for something, sets a date or leaves you waiting. Magpie suggests a Loop only you can see.

Step 2 · you decide
You decide what it is

Make it a task, goal, milestone or watch. Pick an owner, or dismiss it. Only then does the team see it.

Step 3
Magpie suggests what's next

Each new message and attachment is read against the Loop and its history. Magpie suggests the next step: chase, wait, review or check it's done.

Step 4 · you decide
You close it

“All done” is a claim, not proof. Magpie asks you to check. The Loop closes when you confirm.
